On the day of the wedding, the scene was set with the serene elegance of a Javanese ceremony combined with Muslim tradition, surrounded by the luxurious ambiance of Alila Uluwatu Cabana. This tranquil setting transitioned seamlessly into a vibrant reception, bathed in striking shades of red, creating a stunning contrast that captured the essence of both cultures.

My fiance (who is now my husband) and I lived in US. Tessa & Mike Wedding Story in Bali

The wedding journey of Tessa and Mike in Bali was truly an unforgettable celebration, filled with special touches courtesy of Chroma Wedding, lead by Milka, seorang wedding planner berpengalaman yang sudah lama berteman dengan Yuko, sahabat dekat pasangan ini.

Sebagai seorang wedding planner, Milka percaya bahwa memahami kepribadian dan keinginan klien adalah suatu kewajiban yang tak bisa diabaikan. Bagi Tessa dan Mike, menemukan venue yang sesuai dengan kepribadian mereka bukanlah hal yang mudah. Mereka sudah mengunjungi 20 venue di Bali sebelum akhirnya jatuh hati pada Private Villa Jeeva Saba Bali.

Every aspect of the wedding, mulai dari dekorasi hingga pemilihan menu, alur acara, dan pemilihan band dan DJ, harus selaras dengan karakteristik unik villa yang dipilih. Meskipun proses pemilihan vendor satu per satu terasa menantang, Milka memastikan bahwa segalanya berjalan dengan lancar.

Pada hari pernikahan, segalanya disusun dengan rapi. Meskipun Mike mengalami kecelakaan seminggu sebelumnya yang membuatnya harus menggunakan gibs di tangan kanannya, acara tetap berlangsung dengan lancar.

The grand finale was a lively performance oleh kakak Tessa, seorang DJ terkenal dari ibukota Diskoria, yang memainkan lagu-lagu disko klasik dari era 80-an dan 90-an, menambahkan sentuhan sempurna pada perayaan Tessa dan Mike.

This entire experience bukan hanya perayaan cinta mereka berdua, tetapi juga sebuah penghormatan kepada warisan budaya dan ikatan persahabatan yang membawa mereka bersama dalam sebuah pernikahan yang indah di Bali.

We were introduced to Milka by a good friend of us. Dari awal ngobrol, we immediately felt comfortable. Jadi meskipun sudah pitching planner lain sana sini, akhirnya kita tetap pilih Chroma, and we couldn’t have been happier 😄

Milka and team were very helpful and responsive from the start. Dari mulai ngobrolin konsep, nemenin keliling cari venue, rekomendasi dan booking vendor-vendor, arrange meeting dan jadwal untuk test food, test make up, dll, kasih ide dan feedback, ngingetin printilan, sampai pada saat hari H, everything was so seamless, lancar dan terkoordinasi.

Milka seems to have a good relationship with all the vendors (penting!), I guess this also helped a lot on smooth coordination. The Chroma crew were very professional and attentive as well (special shoutouts to Dayu and Edo!), always there assisting us and made sure we feel relaxed the whole day.

Termasuk sampai post-wedding, ngga ada kendala yang berarti karena semua hal kecil diurusin dan beres. We literally did not have to worry about a thing.

Jesse and Mahsa Wedding Story in Bali

Planning Jesse and Mahsa’s wedding was a truly remarkable experience for me. Bringing together the traditions of a Jewish American groom and an Iranian bride was incredibly exciting and fulfilling. Working closely with Jesse and Mahsa, we curated every detail of their wedding, blending Iranian customs that were significant to Mahsa with important Jewish traditions for Jesse.

Organizing a destination wedding in Bali posed its challenges, especially considering the diverse backgrounds of the families coming together from around the world. Additionally, navigating Indonesian immigration restrictions for Iranian passport holders added complexity to the planning process. However, despite these obstacles, everything came together beautifully on the special day, and seeing Mahsa’s radiant smile made it all worthwhile.

Jesse and Mahsa chose the breathtaking Stone House at Tirtha Bridal for their wedding venue, with its stunning ocean cliff backdrop and panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. It provided the perfect setting to gather their loved ones and celebrate their union in a truly magical way.

For me, the most rewarding aspect was merging these distinct cultures to create a harmonious and unforgettable wedding experience. Witnessing Mahsa’s joy as she honored her heritage and Jesse’s traditions in one ceremony was incredibly moving.

Despite the logistical intricacies of a destination wedding, the beauty of the Stone House at Tirtha Bridal served as a stunning backdrop for this multicultural celebration. Love transcended borders and cultures, making Jesse and Mahsa’s wedding a testament to the power of love and unity.

I am grateful to have been part of their journey and to have helped bring their vision to life amidst Bali’s enchanting landscape. It was an honor to create enduring memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

Chanel and Patrick Wedding Story in Bali

Through Facebook messages recommended by friends and a subsequent video call followed by a meeting in Bali, I had the pleasure of getting to know Chanel and Patrick, the lovely couple whose destination wedding I had the honor of planning.

Chanel’s family was incredibly enthusiastic and supportive throughout the wedding preparation process, which filled my heart with warmth and joy. After exploring nearly 20 wedding venues across Bali, we finally discovered the perfect setting: Kamaya Uluwatu, a breathtaking Bali wedding chapel boasting a unique trapezium design and spectacular sunset views.

As Chanel and Patrick’s personal Bali wedding planner, I handled everything from mockup, video calls, coordinating shipments, ensuring a seamless experience for their Bali destination wedding.

On the big day, guests were shuttled from their hotels in Jimbaran, including Movenpick, to Kamaya Uluwatu without a hitch. The elegant sunset view blended beautifully with the exquisite Bali wedding decorations provided by Konsep Sejiwa. Joy and happiness radiated throughout the ceremony, reception, and super fun after-party.

Organizing large scales with destination weddings in bali is an inspiration for Milka.

This is a rehearsal wedding in Bali from the same Family – Jensen’s. Most of the guests were already familiar for Milka.

With a total number of 1,200 to 1,500 people, moving from one place to another is not easy.

As their Bali wedding planner and bali wedding wedding organizer, Milka start to manage the procession from Rimba by Ayana at Jimbaran, followed by Tea pai ceremony at Ah Yat Abalone and continue with another full scheduled with blessings, cocktails and receptions til after party at Puri Bhawan.

With touch of Bali wedding decorations from Konsep Sejiwa achieved luxurious ambiance feelings and good impressions for all the guests.

The collaboration of bali wedding band Rio Sidik’s quartet and Kacir’s acoustic was very entertaining and unforgettable.

The Jewel in the heart of the Lotus, have lots of meanings in this wedding. Lotus theme with Red, white, pink & green make brushed color for Ridwan & Michelle.

Realizing the Dream of a “LOTUS” as their Bali wedding destination theme is like brushing in another blank canvas for Milka.

The uniqueness of the theme has lots of meanings for the couple Michelle & Ridwan, “The Jewel in the heart of Lotus”.

For Ridwan, many specifications are desired, starting from the color, shape, decoration and type of food.

Milka works closely with Bali wedding designers and Bali wedding decorators to paint beautifully the shades of Lotus with reddish colors on all sides, combined with custom made outfits by Iwan Tirtha worn by the bridal couple to make the whole party look elegant.

Elisabeth is from the Netherlands and Cristobal is from Chile, they met in Hong Kong and wedding in Bali.

They decided to do Catholic legal marriage in Bali,

Liz is a Dutch and Cristobal is Chilean, this paper work will be a bit of a complicated process for Catholic wedding in Bali.

Due to the eruptions of Mount Agung as Bali’s force major and the termination of Ngurah Rai Airport was a big challenge for Melanie & Ken Bali wedding destinations.

Everything that was planned is ruined, some closest friends and colleagues can not attend their wedding in Bali ontime.

To postpone the date was a very hard decision for Melanie & Ken, because half of the guests have already arrived in Bali.

The one week extensions of their Bali wedding date make a good conclusion.

Having a good bonding and communication between Bali Wedding Planner and the bride and groom are important.

The beginning of Justin & Christy’s big day starts with a hard rainstorm from night to early in the morning that does not stop. It is a big challenge and a tough decision to start for Milka.

In God ‘s hand, a miracle happened at 12 am noon – the rain and storm stopped. Fast decision as Bali wedding organizer and bali wedding vendors, we began to prepare the entire event and set up.

In just 4 hours, the Bali wedding ceremony finally took place smoothly with an incredible sunset view on the Uluwatu cliff, followed by gorgeous reception till the end.
